Cori and Sean’s Capitol Hill wedding was by far one of the most memorable events we have done over the past six years. Our bride is sorority sisters with another former bride, Jess whose fall wedding we recently coordinated. Our bride Cori was one of the first brides that we worked with that was planning a destination wedding. She was planning her 250 guest DC wedding from Texas. There were so many unique and detailed elements about their wedding from the venue locations, transportation, favors and guest details.
My team worked overtime to ensure that every last detail and logistic was handled with care. The bride and groom tied the knot at a Catholic church near the Capitol Hill Club complete with a bagpiper at the conclusion of their nuptials. The guests had a break in between the ceremony and reception. Later in the evening, the guests were greeted at the Capitol Hill Club and enjoyed an intimate cocktail hour. They then moved to the second level to enjoy a lovely meal catered by the Capitol Hill Club. After dinner, guests were escorted to the third level where they were entertained by an amazing band. After a few hours of dancing, Cori and Sean’s guests enjoyed a lavish dessert buffet complete with a delicious assortment of cupcakes from Georgetown Cupcake! Below are a few pictures that Cori recently shared with us. We wish Cori and Sean all the best on their growing family and journey ahead!
